About the Doctor
Dr. Gall was graduated from Hampden Sydney College in 1977. He earned his medical degree from West Virginia University. He completed a five year general surgery residency in Charleston, WV and was board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in general surgery. Dr. Gall completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Case Western Reserve University and has been in private practice since 1989. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr Gall is an active member of Winchester Medical Center. He has a special interest in facial aesthetic surgery as well as breast reduction and breast reconstruction after mastectomy.
